چکیده

The modeling and simulation of biological tissue is the core part a virtual surgery system. In this study, geometric physical methods related to soft were investigated. Regarding modeling, problem repeated inverse calculations control points in Bezier method was solved via re-parameterization, which improved calculation speed. base surface superposition based on prior information proposed make deformation model not only have advantages but also ability fit local irregular surfaces. fitting particle spring anisotropy by optimizing topological structure model. Then, had more extensive nonlinear through dynamic elastic coefficient parameter. Finally, secondary body enabled creep relaxation characteristics according elongation spring.

Three-Dimensional Finite Element Modeling of Stone Column-Improved Soft Saturated Ground

Installing stone columns in the ground is an effective improvement technique to increase the load bearing capacity and reduce the consolidation settlement of the loose or weak cohesive soils. In addition to the increase in the bearing capacity and reduction in the settlement, stone columns can accelerate the dissipation rate of the excess pore water pressure generated by the surcharge, which ex...

Modeling of Three-Dimensional Soft Tissue Deformation with Dynamic Nonlinear Finite Element

Deformation of soft tissue is a significant simulation part in minimally invasive surgery. This paper presents a dynamic nonlinear finite element method for modeling of soft tissue deformation. This method models large-range deformation via the second-order Piola-Kirchhoff stress. It condenses the stiffness matrix to reduce the degrees of freedom of the entire soft body at each node for every t...

Three-dimensional display of intracranial soft-tissue structures.

Efficient three-dimensional surface reconstructions of intracranial bony, soft-tissue, and cerebrospinal fluid-filled structures have been created from serial narrowly collimated transaxial computed tomographic (CT) scans. These three-dimensional surface images are useful in visualizing the relations among intracranial details. Views may be produced in frontal, rear, 45 degrees oblique (anterio...

Three-dimensional qualitative sonographic evaluation of fetal soft tissue.

Even though fetal growth restriction and macrosomia remain as major problems currently facing obstetricians, there is still no modality for the assessment of fetal soft tissue deposition and muscle mass in utero. A total of 52 fetuses from 29 to 41 weeks gestation were studied within 1 week before delivery using a transabdominal three-dimensional (3D) transducer (3.5 MHz). Their birth weights v...
